Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back into their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
